The Ministry of Education and Training accepts applications for the following services:

• ECAP 2026-2027 (Early Childhood Assistance Programme) funding (April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027) 
• Re-Registration for Educational Institutions Compulsory and Early Childhood Settings 
• Initial Registration for Educational Institutions Compulsory and Early Childhood Settings 
• Temporary Relocation of Educational Institutions
• Education Council Scholarships (Local and Overseas)  
• Educational Institution Statistics 
• Registration of Tertiary, TVET, or Other Post-Compulsory Educational Institution
